1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 777fb ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777fb online gaming platform available at 777fb.pro and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 777fb, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777fb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 777fb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777fb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 777fb's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 777fb shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your 777fb account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and applicable Philippine laws, 777fb conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You agree to submit the following documents upon request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 777fb's compliance team.

777fb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 777fb platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

777fb currently accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

5.3 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited to your 777fb account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 777fb reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days, though 777fb does not guarantee specific processing timelines.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

777fb is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity constitutes suspicious behavior and will be investigated. 777fb reserves the right to freeze account balances pending AML investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional rewards offered by 777fb are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

777fb employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; coordinated low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk; and exploiting errors or miscalculations in bonus terms. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.3 Discretionary Rights

777fb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time and without prior notice. 777fb further reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the terms of the promotion have been violated.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777fb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed live casino operators. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be manipulated by 777fb, game providers, or players.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, 777fb reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. The results of any game round affected by a verifiable malfunction shall be considered null and void.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual result within a single session or group of sessions. 777fb makes no representations regarding short-term game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other players, casino employees, or game operators to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 777fb platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777fb staff, support personnel, or other players;
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Verification

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 777fb.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777fb, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

777fb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 777fb account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777fb makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for Platform use.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

777fb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and improve the Platform experience.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 777fb account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by 777fb

777fb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or as directed by PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority. In cases of termination for cause, 777fb may withhold funds pending investigation.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit 777fb's right to take proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

15 Changes to These Terms

777fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777fb will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777fb platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
